Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. A $7.99 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for refund.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. To ensure eligibility, please review the guidelines below.

SHOES

Shoes scuff easily on hard surfaces. Please try on shoes indoors on carpet only. Shoe boxes are considered part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged along with the shoes.

TOPS

Please take care to avoid deodorant or makeup transfer while trying on garments.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately so we may resolve the matter promptly.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

MODIFIED POLICY

Clients returning more than $7,500 in merchandise within a 12-month period may be subject to a modified return policy. If applicable, you will be contacted directly.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

For purchases made between November 1 and December 25, returns will be accepted beyond the standard 30-day window provided the return is received by January 10.
